- 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 cup chilled strawberry puree
- 1 cup chilled white grape juice
- 1/2 cup chilled vodka (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Chill all liquid ingredients thoroughly before starting.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the strawberry puree, white grape juice, and vodka, if using. Stir gently to mix.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir very slowly to retain the bubbles.
- Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and lemon slices to the punch bowl.
- Serve immediately in glasses with ice.
Notes
- For a make-ahead option, mix the puree, juice, and vodka and chill. Add the sparkling wine just before guests arrive.
- Use a large ice block instead of small cubes to keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor quickly.
- If you prefer a pink champagne punch, substitute half the Champagne with a dry rosé sparkling wine.
