Enjoy this no-bake Snickers pie for a simple, decadent dessert that tastes like a giant candy bar. It features a cookie crust, a creamy peanut butter filling, and is topped with chopped Snickers bars and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 20 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 4-6 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Spoon the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars over the top of the pie.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • For an easier crust, you can use pre-made graham cracker crust.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Chill the pie for the recommended time to allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set properly.
