Make a copycat Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at home using this simple recipe for the cold brew and the rich pumpkin cold foam topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strong cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pumpkin cream: In a medium bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use an electric hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture until soft peaks form. This creates the cold foam. Do not over-whip.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
  5. Gently spoon the prepared pumpkin cream over the top of the cold brew.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker foam, use less milk or chill the cream mixture before whipping.
  • Adjust the amount of pumpkin puree to control the spice flavor intensity.
  • If you do not have cold brew, you can use strongly brewed chilled coffee.
