Ingredients
Scale
4 cups chilled strong brewed rose hip tea
1 cup sparkling white grape juice or club soda
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (optional, for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Brew the rose hip tea and chill it completely in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled rose hip tea, sparkling white grape juice or club soda, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix the liquids.
Add the sliced strawberries, orange slices, and lemon slices to the pitcher. Gently stir again.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the fruit flavors to infuse the liquid.
When ready to serve, fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
Pour into glasses, ensuring each serving gets some fruit pieces. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
Notes
For a deeper rose flavor, add 1 teaspoon of food-grade rose water to the liquid mixture before chilling.
If you prefer a less sweet drink, reduce the simple syrup or use plain club soda instead of sparkling white grape juice.
Use a non-alcoholic sparkling cider as a substitute for sparkling white grape juice for a different base flavor.
