Ingredients
Scale
1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
1/4 cup brandy or peach schnapps
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup sparkling water or prosecco, chilled
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy or peach schnapps, sugar, and orange juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the sliced peaches, raspberries, and blueberries to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or prosecco to the pitcher. Stir gently.
Serve the Sparkling Peach Sangria over ice in wine glasses or tumblers. Garnish with extra fruit if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, you can add more sugar or a touch of honey.
Feel free to experiment with other fruits like strawberries, nectarines, or plums.
